What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we do not have a return policy once a product is opened, unless there is a problem with the shipment. In that case, we urge you to contact us immediately at 407-308-5086 or info@thescreamingpumpkin.com

What is your shipping policy?

We can ship UPS ground, 2nd day air, next day air, and USPS.

How should I store your products?

Depending on the product you choose we suggest room temperature of our syrups and sauces as long as they have not been opened and stored in a cool dark place away from heat. Once opened because there is organic pumpkin puree as a main ingredient and there are no additives or preservatives, please refrigerate for up to a month.

Granolas can last up to 3 months in our glass vessels or transferred to an air tight container. If purchased in our recyclable compostable bags, up to 3 weeks; since our granola is made to order and does not sit in inventory.

Mustards can be stored at room temperature as long as they have not been opened, once opened, we suggest you store your mustard in a cool dark place tightly corked for up to a month for optimum flavor or refrigerate after opening. Our popcorn salt can be stored indefinitely as long as it is tightly corked or transferred to an air tight container.

Can I recycle the glass container?

Yes! In fact, we encourage you to use your imagination! Weck jars and Boston bottles are highly sought after and are wonderful for recycling. The Screaming Pumpkin is also interested in knowing how recycled our packaging and welcome emails and photos showing us how you are paying forward to the environment.

What is your method of payment?

We accept payment through Paypal, checks and money orders. Please be advised that orders paid by check will not ship until the check has cleared adding 2-3 days processing time to your order.
